Dog of the Week: Finn

Julia D Dog of the Week

Large and in charge, meet Finn! This big boy has some serious love to share with the right adopters.  Finn is looking for a home with an experienced dog owner, someone who has a history with big dogs, and a willingness to continue training skills.  Finn does best with small- to medium-sized dogs in a home, he has done doggy daycare and does great with everyone. He also does good with cats, and seems timid with a confident cat. Finn is a gentle giant, but he is best suited to a home with adults only or children that are 10+. His previous owner noted that Finn is stubborn and will push the boundaries that are given – for example, if you tell him to stay down or off from jumping up, he’ll be grumpy but will comply.

Finn’s adoption fee is $250 and includes neuter surgery, being up to date on vaccinations and preventives, a microchip with free lifetime registration, and a free obedience class.
