Cats of the Week: Zelda and Arcadia

Julia D Cat of the Week

Zelda and Arcadia are our Cats of the Week and they are a bonded pair so we want to see them go to a forever home together.

Zelda is a stunning grey tabby who is currently in foster care with Arcadia. She is quite timid and shy, but taking clues from Arcadia during foster care she has warmed up to people quite a bit. Zelda has the most petite meow response when you talk to her and it’s so endearing. Zelda is not a fan of being picked up, but when she starts trusting you will come by for pets and neck scratches and really loves being brushed. She’s very inquisitive and loves crinkle toys. If you give her a window with a bird feeder to watch over, she’s very content. She doesn’t mind seeing dogs in the neighborhood from a window but isn’t too keen on them close up.

Arcadia is a beautiful young lady. Once she gets to know you, she will adore neck scratches and play time. Not a fan of being picked up, she has come to love sitting on her foster’s lap or watching birds and squirrels from any window available. She adores toy mice and chasing the red dot of a laser in the evenings. Like Zelda, she doesn’t mind seeing dogs from a distance but isn’t too keen on them close up.

Their adoption fee includes spay surgery, being up to date on vaccinations and preventives, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
