Cat of the Week: Rosemary

Julia D Cat of the Week

Hi, I’m Rosemary! I’m a mom to five bundles of joy, but I have to admit that I’m ready to let my babies fly the nest and find a home for myself. New things frighten me quite a bit. I’d describe myself as a secret admirer. I love cheek scratches and being held, but sometimes I still hiss or run when somebody approaches me. I’ve never scratched or bitten anybody though, so don’t be afraid! I just like to warn people that I am uncomfortable so I can have my space. Want to know the best way to get me to warm up to you? Give me canned food! As soon as I hear the can opening I will most likely begin to rub up against your legs and meow because I get so excited. My foster mom tells me I’m so sweet and have such beautiful fur! I really hope someone will give me a warm home and time to let me adjust, so eventually we can become best friends!

Rosemary’s adoption fee is $100 and includes spay surgery, being up to date on preventives, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
