In August we held our big fundraiser of the year – Barks & Brew. It was a huge success but we never could have done it without the help of many volunteers!

We had a good number of volunteers help with the setup which helped out a lot. They set up tables, chairs, the dog areas, the cat areas, auction items, Last Hope merchandise for sale, signs, tents, etc. They worked very hard and got it all set up before the guests came.

During the event, they sold Last Hope merchandise, helped with the auction, worked as dog and cat handlers, roamed the area making sure everything was running smoothly, etc.

THEN there is the tear-down portion of the event. Again, we had a good number of volunteers that helped all the tasks go quickly.
