Introducing Maria – a beautiful gray and white domestic shorthair who was rescued on 4/13/21  in Evansdale as a very pregnant mama!  She was a wonderful, loving, and protective mama kitty. She is sweet and very talkative. She comes to you when you whistle and loves to be brushed. She does not enjoy being picked up for long but she does love to watch tv and snuggle. She was very patient with her 6 playful kittens.  She did not like the resident cats in the foster home when she was in mommy mode, and she must have had an encounter or two with dogs (perhaps when living outside) as she is quite hostile with them – so a family with dogs would not be a good match for Maria.   She is quite a good-sized cat, very sweet, and is a healthy 2-3 year-old girl, ready for her forever home!

Maria’s adoption fee is $85 and includes spay surgery, being up to date on vaccinations and preventives, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
