This boy was rescued from a bad situation where he and the other animals were neglected but you would never guess that upon meeting him because he’s super sweet all the time. If you like lap cats, purr babies, a mature boy with the softest baby meow, and even a playful boy too, Koen would be good fit for you! He even gives hugs when you come into his room at the adoption center!
