Connie had to euthanize her 17-year-old cat due to health problems but still had a 10-year-old cat, Sammie, at home and wanted a companion for her. She looked at our adoptable cats and found Hope and fell in love.

Hope is doing great and is exactly as described in her adoption bio – she loves to play with toys! After playing she’ll snuggle up on Connie’s lap for a nap. She wakes Connie up in the mornings with her cold, wet nose which Connie loves. Hope also likes to watch the birds and squirrels who visit on the deck.

Connie says that Hope seemed right at home as soon as she came to live with her. Sammie is slowly warming up to Hope and Connie expects they’ll be best of friends.
