Dogs of the Week: A Threefer!

We have a bonded pair – Ricky and Luna, and a single dog – Bo. All three are smaller dogs who would love forever homes! They are losing their foster placement (because of certain circumstances that have nothing to do with the dogs) and need to find a soft place to land.

Ricky and Luna are a bonded pair of cuteness!  If you are looking for sweet, little, bonded, velcro dogs, Ricky and Luna are your perfect match. Once they are comfortable with you and feel safe, they love to be in your lap, giving kisses, or just watching tv and napping with you.   They are around 1 to 2 years old and take a little while to warm up to new situations but once they do they are cuddly and very sweet. They are good with dogs but new people may take some time to warm up, and cats or small children are not a good fit.   Ricky and Luna need a secure fence of six feet. Both are altered, love to run, play with toys, and we are working on not barking and biting the Roomba as it travels across the floor. You really need to meet these two to appreciate how special and adorable they are and to see their fabulous treat dance!

The adoption fee for Ricky and Luna together is $400 and includes neuter surgery, being up to date on vaccinations and preventives, microchips with free lifetime registration, and a free obedience class.

Our third dog is Bo. Hello, my name is Bo, but you can call me Mr. Wonderful or something else but don’t call me late for dinner. Are you ready to meet me? I’m a wonderful dog who likes going outside and for walks. I need a fenced-in yard because I like to chase things like the bunny that is usually in my neighbor’s yard.  I don’t think I would like living with rambunctious kids, but adults with a quiet home would suit me well. If you want to sit back and watch TV, I’m right there sitting next to you. I like treats and I’ve loved going to doggy daycare to make new friends. I’ve also worked with the trainer to learn some new skills, I’m happy to do anything for a treat! Bo is about seven.

Bo’s adoption fee is $250 and includes neuter surgery, being up to date on vaccinations, a microchip with free lifetime registration, and a free obedience class.
