Dog of the Week: Riggs

Hi I am Riggs! I am a very happy boy. I am about 3.5 years old and I love to hang out with my people. I am very smart and can learn lots of human words.  I can be with other dogs if you introduce them to me properly. The volunteers at Last Hope are helping me shed a couple pounds cause I got a little too chunky in my previous place.  I can’t wait to find my forever home!
