Dog of the Week: Oscar K.

Meet Oscar! Oscar is a charming corgi mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s an older pup with a young soul—he loves going on walks, playing with toys, and spending quality time with his people. Whether it’s sniffing around the neighborhood or squeaking his favorite toy, Oscar is always up for a little fun. Oscar can be a bit particular about body handling, but once he knows and trusts you, he’s all in for snuggles and affection. He’s done well meeting feline friends and showed great manners during his cat introduction, but in his home it would be best if it were cat-free. Oscar prefers to be the star of the show, so a home where he can be the only pet would be best. He can be selective about canine companions, and while he doesn’t seem to mind calm encounters, he really thrives with his humans. No kids would be the best fit for his new family.  If you’re looking for a loyal buddy who’s playful, smart, and just the right mix of independent and affectionate, Oscar is your guy!

Oscar K.’s adoption fee is $250 and includes neuter surgery, being up to date on vaccinations and preventives, a microchip with free lifetime registration, and a free obedience class.
