Cat of the Week: Champ

Champ is a sweet senior guy looking for an easy-going forever home.  Champ came to rescue after having been dumped by a previous owner; he was left alone outside with no way to defend himself, as he had been 4-paw declawed at some point in his adult life.  We find Champ to be a warm and friendly cat; he happily greets you with an arched back and requests more pets when you give him some attention.  Champ will love having an owner who can brush and groom his beautiful, long fur; as he has aged, he doesn’t do the job that he used to on keeping his coat looking its best. Champ is not a match with young or rambunctious cats; he will live much more easily with equally calm and laid-back adult or senior cats. No young children for Champ, please!

Champ’s adoption fee is $100 and includes neuter surgery, being up to date on vaccinations, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
